A santoku kitchen knife in cryo-treated Böhler N690 stainless at 61 HRC. Blade 200×49×2.5 mm with a 0.2 mm edge and a rounded finger choil, a black G10 bolster and an octagonal (wa-style) figured ironwood handle (135 mm).
